Here is a roundup of some snippets that I hope you find interesting.
Looking For A Bargain?
Well head on over to eBay, because you can buy RAP.com.au for the bargain price of $550,000!
And you can also have the Registered Business Name thrown in for a paltry $55,000.
Should you be a little short on funds, you can also pay via PayPal. 😉
What’s Happening On The Drops
Saturday was very dismal – there were only two contested domains on Netfleet. Top sale was Young.net.au for $121 + / +.
Having said that, Netfleet did have a backorder on Sasha.com.au, and they were successful in picking this up for their client. The bid for this domain on Drop.com.au was $888.
Sunday was a bit better. 13 domains were bid on at Netfleet (of which they caught 12). Top bid was for ipadcases.com.au which cracked $86 + / +.
Website Of The Day
The business loan market is really being disrupted these days.
One operator who appears to be doing ok is Spotcap.
According to StartUpSmart, Spotcap was launched in 2014 and opened an office in Australia in May last year. The startup closed a $50 million funding round earlier this month, bringing the total investment in Spotcap to more than $80 million.
Their pitch is:
The easiest and fastest way to get a credit line of up to $250,000 for your business.
Flexible repayment schedule of up to 12 months.
Website looks great in my opinion.
Motivational Quote Of The Day
“My great concern is not whether you have failed, but whether you are content with your failure.”
If you have any comments on any of the above, I’d love to hear them.
