Directnic, a provider of domain names and other Internet services, announces that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire domain name registrar Fabulous.com from Dark Blue Sea Pty. Limited. The transaction is expected to close later today.

Most of all we are committed to providing our clients with the best service and tools, to ensure the success of their domain name business.”

About Dark Blue Sea Pty. Limited
Dark Blue Sea is an online direct navigation expert specialising in domain name monetisation services.
As a long standing loyal customer of Fabulous, I know am not alone in hoping that this ownership and management change will bring about a return to former glory days.
Without going into details, Fabulous has become a “bit tired” in recent times. This acquisition (and Mike’s involvement) should see some much needed rejuvenation.
One immediate problem they need to deal with is that there has been no parking income reported for the past few days. I’m sure this is just a transitional glitch.
