Looks like the staff merry-go-round at auDA continues.
Whilst doing some research, I came across this job advert. Full screenshot below.
It begs the question – are long serving auDA employees Jacki O’Sullivan (currently Executive Assistant to the CEO); and Lisa Lunardi (Office Manager) being replaced? Or are they leaving of their own volition?
Wonder what the total staff / Director attrition has been since December 2015? I shall do some research on this! It should make for an interesting article.
By the way, this is a genuine job advert for a position at auDA – unlike this one!

And so the revolving door at auDA keeps on spinning.
The turnover rate of auDA staff and Board members is very concerning.
Mass exodus of key personnel is often a warning sign of systemic issues within an organisation. The departures from auDA have continued for some time now.
Great to see auDA finally advertising jobs.
auDA needs to also advertise all roles on http://www.auda.org.au does like the CIRA does https://cira.ca/grow-your-career-cira
I would like to see auDA open tender for recruitment services also with the tender on http://www.auda.org.au Recruiters can charge from 5 – 30%. Hays is a good start for a reputable recruiter. It really depends what auDA does with the candidate shortlist given to them.
auDA always advertising jobs and also tenders would be truly Transparent and Accountable. Hopefully we are seeing some continued auDA public process improvements.
