Podcast Interview – Don Rankin

Don-RankinWelcome to our latest podcast interview. Today I chat to a veteran of the Australian domain industry – Don Rankin from Brisbane.

Don has been involved in domains since 2007, and in the interview today, he shares some of the successes he has had – plus gives his thoughts on the future.

One of the areas he has been particularly successful in is building income producing sites – or joint venturing with others who are experts in particular niches.

Part of his day job is also operating a very successful online Gutter Guard business.

I hope you enjoy the interview – it’s about 24 minutes long.

Thanks Richard – had heaps more questions but not enough time! Trying to keep them under 25 minutes.

Quality wasn’t all that great today, but I’ll work on that. When we did trial run yesterday – 4G to 4G mobile phone, the clarity was brilliant. But connection wasn’t so good today.

Thanks Shane. You’re on my list too – I’d love to interview you about your Flippa listing and selling skills (amongst other things). 🙂

Great podcast! Thanks Ned and Don.

Agree with you Don about .com.au ranking over .net.au all things being equal.

Would love to hear a future podcast regarding domain names and superannuation.
