Sales Are Good!

My aftermarket enquiries have been excellent this month, and my conversion rate has also been satisfying.

I’ve got a BIG birthday coming up very soon, and my wife and I are heading away on some travels. That makes me very receptive to doing deals! I’m certainly not giving domains away, but some endusers have got some good buys.

Whilst most of my sales have been outright purchases, I have also done a nice terms deal. I find that always a good fallback position if someone can’t afford (or justify) an immediate upfront payment.

Some Examples

These are some of my better sales this month – all except INK.com.au were from inbound enquiries.

Kawana.com.au – sold to Kawana Signs

Maroochydore.com.au – sold to a marketing professional from the Sunshine Coast

INK.com.au – sold to an office products company

FRB.com.au – sold to Franchise Retail Brands

HeartHealth.com.au – sold to a medical professional

Other Enquiries

As I wrote a short while ago, my best sellers by far are 3L domains. The number of enquiries I get for these each week is phenomenal – and conversion rates are slowly getting better.

Geos have also had a good run of enquiries this month – including geo/service domains. One word brandables have also been strong.

Conclusion

I love being a full-time domainer! It’s never boring. 🙂

Always interested to hear how fellow domain investors are going. How are you finding the market?

Market activity has been great for me this year.

November has started off slow, but there’s a few negotiations in progress, so time will tell!

Excellent Luke. You’ve got some nice domains, so no wonder you’re getting enquiries.

That was some quick turnaround, wasn’t it?  INK.com.au was still wet on the page when you resold it!

Thought it might go to a tattoo artist or magazine, but printing is probably more lucrative.

Wasn’t always easy Shane. Wish I had some mentors when I first started. Wouldn’t have made so many mistakes!

That’s why I’m always happy to offer my help to anyone who is starting out.

Happy 60’th Ned, that bottle of 100 year old scotch is on it’s way .

Bet you were happy to sell Maroochydore.com.au

400 domains in my portfolio doesn’t get the offers like you do , it’s a numbers game and my hat goes off to you.

You obviously have the midas touch.

    Well done.

Don – I’m not a Scotch drinker, so I’d be very happy with a nice bottle of Penfolds Grange instead. 😉

Maroochydore.com.au is a great domain, and has a lot of potential for the new owner (who intends developing it). I was very generous with my sale price!

You’ve got some great domains – but you don’t really like parting with them do you?
