Many readers on here would know that our oldest son Luke is heavily involved in the Aussie domain space. And he does a great job looking after a large portfolio of names and websites.
But today is a very special day for this young fella!
Will is our youngest son, and today he formally joined the Australian Defence Force (Army) at the Brisbane Defence Force Recruiting Centre.
It’s been a long time coming – he was supposed to join last year, but his intake got delayed.
My wife Frances had to go to New Zealand yesterday, so I flew down from Townsville early today to make sure the ADF actually took him! To complete the celebration, Luke took some time off and came in as well.
Wishing you the absolute best Will – we’re all very proud of you. đŸ™‚
The ceremony brought back fond memories of the mid 1970’s! Believe it or not, the picture below is me. đŸ™‚

Congrats Will! Wishing you all the best for your new vocation with the ADF.
Good luck Will. Remember there’s only one corp worth serving in.
Artillery Corps, right on.
Dropping short of the mark if he did.
Haven’t heard that joke for years! đŸ˜‰
Well done.
All the best Will!
Good luck and thank you.
Go Will!
Thanks everyone! Your comments are very much appreciated.
