What’s The Opposite Of “Parking” Tickets?

“Parking” revenue of course! Where you get paid to “park” your “vehicles”.

And a domain investors vehicles are their domain names, and my parking garage is Fabulous.

These days, most parking garages (including ours) mostly give you next to “bugger all”. However, if you have a lot of “vehicles”, it can still add up to some nice pocket money each month.

But just occasionally, the “parking garage” is very generous. There is no rhyme or reason – it just happens. If I knew why, I’d bottle it! It’s a bit like getting a Business Class upgrade on Qantas when you’ve paid for the cheapest ticket! 🙂

So yesterday was a prime example of this. Apart from the normal few cents here; and a couple of dollars there, we got two big earners yesterday. Most of us in the industry know that “insurance related domains” give you some of your best payouts. And so it was yesterday with these two:

cheaperlifeinsurance.com.au earned $USD53.23 ; and;

insurancecomparison.com.au earned $USD37.80 .

So that’s about $AUD115 from just two domains yesterday. Gobsmackingly good! But I suppose we’ll have to wait a while for our next bout of generosity or “upgrade”!

    Very nice earnings on those! 🙂

    The financial space (insurance, loans etc) is definitely one of the best earners for parking.
