auDA Board Elections

auDA Image courtesy of auDA websiteIt’s that time of again. Election of Directors to the Board of auDA to replace those retiring by rotation.

Four spots in total – two in Supply Class; and two in Demand Class.

This will happen at the Annual General Meeting.

Date: Monday 30 November 2015
Time: 4.30pm
Venue: Trilogy Room, Park Hyatt, 1 Parliament Square off Parliament Place, Melbourne

If you’re an auDA member in one or both classes, you’re about to emailed by all the candidates!

Should you not be planning on attending meeting (Christmas party is on the same day at the same venue!), then you can vote by proxy.

  • two (2) Directors elected only by the Supply Class members;
  • two (2) Directors elected only by the Demand Class members.

Retiring Directors may re-contest these vacancies.

    Spare us yet another two years of Josh Rowe. auDA needs new blood. Not a director going for his 8th term.

    auDA should not permit people to have more than three terms as a director.
