What’s In Store Today?

Couple of early bids on LLL domains, but other than that, my advice would be to save your money!

Ned, you made me smile.  I looked for the crap you mention, but I really didn’t see anything I’d describe as horrible.  Then again, I’m accustomed to expired domain auctions for .COM.  So when it comes to terrible domains sold in bidding wars, my standards have to be a lot lower!  In .COM, most of these same names would be highly sought after.

I imagine early New Yorkers, who owned spacious Manhattan town houses, looking askance at later arrivals who had the bad taste to settle for tiny apartments.  They didn’t realize how supply and demand were carving up the geography into smaller, less valuable, but more expensive parcels.

Once the more mediocre stuff begins to sell after expiry and at consistently higher prices, that means the .AU market is growing.

@Joseph – good to see you read my articles! 🙂

My comment was a provocative one which I hoped would get some sort of response. One man’s trash is definitely another man’s treasure.

Totally understand what you say about the difference between our markets. But with only 3 million domains in circulation here, we can still afford to be fussy!
