One hundred thousand premium domain names were just released for the TLD .Cloud with a new pricing structure.
These domain names are considered highly valuable for marketing and branding. They can open up new opportunities for businesses because of the availability of many short domain names which have already been purchased on other extensions.
On 6 May, 103,395 domains were released from thousands of resellers and hundreds of registrars. The inventory has new simple pricing with a single renewal price and a 9-tier pricing structure. The lowest tier is now $200 USD.
The head of Registry Services for .Cloud, Mou Mukherjee stated:
“Our premium domain release includes many short and memorable domains such as atom.cloud, pix.cloud, vid.cloud, simply.cloud and financial.cloud. These prized domains could serve as an enterprise’s key brand asset. Cloud has become more relevant today than ever and companies can stand out in the digital economy with a .cloud premium domain. Our new affordable pricing will appeal to diverse businesses with all kinds of budgets. We’re thrilled that businesses now have better access to excellent, premium .cloud domains.”
The .Cloud domain extension is operated by Aruba S.p.A. in Italy.
