A Few Recent Sales

SOLDEnquiries and sales have been excellent for me this past month.

I know some people have been lamenting that the market is quiet, but I have truly found it to be the opposite.

All by business is done via inbound enquiries – I haven’t done any outbound marketing for a long time. I’m also a bit slack in that I don’t generally follow up past enquiries – if I did, I imagine that my sales results would be all that much better. However, I just don’t seem to have the time. Thank goodness I am my own boss – otherwise I’d have to fire myself! (Hope my wife doesn’t read this 🙂 ).

Some Highlights

In terms of price, these domains were the standouts.

Coaching.com.au – this was sold via a broker (I’ll be highlighting the brokerage firm in an upcoming post as they did a great job).

Artisan.com.au – no website yet, but this was sold to Artisan Recruitment. Nice people to do business with.

BuyMyHome.com.au – ditto no website; but this was sold to the people from buymyplace.com.au.

ACW.com.au – still on my parking page, but this was a great purchase by AirConditioningWizards.com.au.

AOE.com.au – no site as yet, but I wrote about this here.

Refinancing.com.au – this was acquired by a major player in the Australian mortgage space. As always; great people to deal with.

There were also quite a number of other sales made to small business operators. It’s wonderful to see these SME’s understanding the value of a good domain name (and the benefits it can have for their businesses). I’ll highlight some of these in subsequent posts.

Perhaps your business is not as quiet as some others,  because of:

    Quality products (Domain Names)
    Industry Reputation
    Well priced products
    Customer Service

No matter which factor is keeeping the sales turning over, well done, you are certainly doing something right 🙂

@Tony (Snooks) – thanks for your kind words.

Despite this, there will be no sympathy for you come Wednesday night! Go the Maroons!

Those are brilliant results for all inbound enquiries!

ACW.com.au was a great upgrade for the new owners.

Thanks Shane. All those domains are fantastic – and if the registrants are half decent operators (which I’m sure they are), the domains should pay for themselves in next to no time.

    Awesome work, Neddy.

I too am finding the industry as healthy as ever. If anything, I think it’s picking up a bit.

living in melbourne i forgot about the SOO, thanks for t he heads up.

great sales, there’s no luck there, a lot of people walk into a car yard and walk out without a car.

i especially like ACW, they won’t regret that and be amazed at how it affects their sales efforts

      Go Queensland!

It’s going to be cold and rainy tonight (and very slippery surface). Something us boys north of the border don’t like. However, I believe cockroaches don’t like the rain either. 🙂
